Well not just hungover but also on tail-end of drugs binge:
- clichéd but it has to be Withnail and I. I never tire of that.

When I'm *really* hungover, which is rare, I like to watch either terrible, mindless shows so I can snicker at the retardedness of it all but not care that I miss anything as I doze away on the couch, OR I watch documentary style Animal/Nature/History type shows with the narrators that have those quiet, soothing voices.
When I'm just kind of medium hungover, I like to watch marathons of competition type shows like Top Chef, or comedy, whether it's old Young Ones, Mr Show, Flight of the Conchords, or Kevin Smith or nostalgic 80s movies.
When I'm slightly hungover, it's indie movies, or catching up on good cable original programming, like I've been watching Breaking Bad this past week.
At ANY time, I'll watch Simpsons, South Park, various Adult Swim cartoons, and No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain.
I fear this list is not comprehensive.

I'll download a season of something I haven't seen before and watch it until its finished. The last was Jericho, and before that, an entire season of Battlestar Galactica in one weekend only stopping for food and drink.
