Ok, Ubersite.
I've fucking had it. I've had it with everything pure, simple, white, sedentary and easy.
I've seen videos of beheadings, pig rape (thanks for the link, Scourge), incest (thanks, Shlongy) and just about every other imaginable travesty capable of being recorded on camera.
I've also been subjected (willfully) to some of the hardest, most demonic and harsh 'music' to ever be produced. At least...I think I have.

Nemesis (GB) - Pausing the game and entering the code will give the player full options.
Parodius Da! －Shinwa kara Owarai e－ (GB) - Pausing the game and then entering the code activates all powerups except for Speed Up and Double. Entering the code when the Konami Logo appears enables the Sound Test mode.
Operation C (GB) - Entering the code at the title screen will enable the Stage Select mode. Choose the desired stage by pressing select and then press start to begin. This code does not work in the Japanese version (Contra), since the Stage Select screen is a default feature.

It also shouldn't have select at the end, unless you were on the title screen. Either way, it's not a GameBoy code.
Also I don't think Gradius or Contra ever came out on GameBoy.
