Well Today I went down to the courthouse and posted a property bond and received my court date.
May the tenth. The State supreme court is mailing me a copy of the ruling I need.
To date I have called the public defender, the state solicitor, the judge who will actually hear the case, the ACLU, my state representative, and the sheriff's department.
It's safe to say that the entire county now knows about me and my proclivity for profanity.
When I entered the jail to set my date the woman behind the glass took one look at me and said
"You are the bumper sticker guy?"
I wonder why.

The immoral thing to do would be to pay this ticket without a fight, whatever was written on the bumper sticker. Because it's just a fucking bumper sticker and no law should ever regulate that period. Why? Cause Stone Cold said so motherfucker! OK Fuck Stone Cold, cause I say so.
It's because people tolerate these kind of shit from "authorities" too often and just shrug it off that "free" countries offer a more and more controlled and conformist society to its citizens.
on another note, listen to Edgar Friendly's speech in the movie DEMOLITION MAN. Maybe it could be your defense introduction.

I got pulled over heading to Florida about 20miles over the Georgia border. I wasn't speeding, I just had out of state tags. For the record at the time this happened I lived in Richmond, Virginia. This is very important as my driver's license also reflected my residency.
