Otherwise known as dirt clods
He fed the ducks
He drove a truck
Into the pond
He never shaved
But once a week
He did bathe
Not often
He whistled as he worked
No birds sang
No squirrels came out
The deer ran
He was out of tune

I wanted to toss him
Off a cliff

I hate Mondays. Tired, but not tired. Feeling all raw and sticky from the weekend acid bath. It's as if the world is covered with bleach, or perhaps just me, and everything and everyone reflects this terrible emptiness.

well wtf do you expect? we are a bunch of internet hard asses and sassmasters, so of course "hopeless losers" set off some alarms. what other reaction is there but the defensive when we intrinsically, privately, hopefully suspect the post to be about us?
