Drinking a cold can of cola on the tailgate of my truck, listening to crickets, smelling the fragrant shit of a pair of horses grazing a few feet away. A fine end to a beautiful California day. A skunk trundled up to me, gave me a fuck you stare, and then wandered off, but there was no sign of the mountain lion wandering the local hills. Don't want one of those taking a bite out of my ass. No sir.
