I went to GameStop to see ifn I could get a copy of GTA-4 for da 360, and they only had preorders...

LOL, I did my grocery shopping at the Wal-Mart near where I live when they were having their midnight release.
All of about five people showed up. They didn't even make an announcement. They had about five bazillion copies left over.
This happens for every huge release. Happened with Halo 2 and 3, with the Xbox 360 and the Wii. It's HAI-larious. The distribution teams for these game companies must not read the Census.
All the people who wonder why they can't get their preorders fulfilled or find a game when it comes out, it's because they're ALL up in Minnesota. So give the GameStops in MN a call the next time you need to find something.

Don't feel too bad man. I hear that alot of the copies are freezing up on the intro screen. It seems that it happens alot on the 60Gb PS3's and Xbox360's.
