That's what I thought. I mean they're cool covers and all, but not really 'his' you know? I mean I thought it'd be cool bits of writing he'd done. Great writer though.

I never cared for his writing, but admit that it's generating a lot of interesting movies. I confess to being a Blade Runner fan.
For me, this guy is in the same category as Kurt Vonnegut, Harlan Ellison, and some others. Visionary authors whose writing is full of amazing concepts but I just don't enjoy reading prose the way they put it down.
