It's easy. all you do is watch Inuyasha, it comes on almost every night on Adult Swim.
Then, whenever Kagome says "Inuyasha" you take a shot of Vodka, or whatever.
You'll be nice and drunk before the show is over.

A less fun one is to watch "Mind of Mencia" and drink everytime you laugh.
As for turles. I still like them.
