See, what defines something as pornographic is any sighting of major reproductive organs. The FCC is still on their conservative moral high horse, enforcing their homophobia and general fear of women enjoying sex on us.
What will happen is, television will show more and more female nudity, starting in back and working the way to the front. Ass, tits, vag. That will be the order it shows up in. Male nudity will follow suit slightly later.
The ultra conservatives are dwindling, but they will argue it until the end.
After full nudity for both sexes is allowed, that is essentially all that will be shown on television for a while. It will start with nudity, then gradually work towards on screen sex. After that, the FCC will fight the various sexual taboos from public view, but it won't really matter at that point. It will snowball out of control. It's pure lowest common denominator, so there won't be any need for actual creative writing or thinking. Just show weird porn and get ratings. The ads will use the same pornographic depictions of it's products, and eventually you won't be able to tell commercial from porn. Eventually the two will be the same. Art won't even be an issue by that point.
After that, people will mis sitcoms and drama. There will be a new version of the FCC, and new restrictions will be in place again. It all works on a cyclical function with the starting point being slightly more revealing than the last one. The system will work it's way to perfection eventually, but until then people will whine, moan, and complain endlessly.
