and for some reason it occurred to me that he was from Scotland.

When I encoded it there was a frame jump and the phrase "self-esteem" got turned in "se-eem".
Aside from that I am making contacts in the business and getting my name and voice out there so it is safe to say that: Step 1 is working perfectly. Step 2: ? Step 3: Profit.
Its a good business model from what I understand.
