a girl in my high school had one completely covered in foriegn stamps. it looked pretty awsome, the stamp job was well done.

One of my VW's was a cool old rag top "Goldie" was her name because that's what it said on the rag top handle.
She would NEVER start for my husband, that's why I loved her.

I used to go on weekend roadtrips with a teacher (I was in boarding school at the time) who would drive a dated VW microbus. We were in Switzerland and she would drive those switch-backs like a bat out of hell. She would say "Don't worry - I know exactly when its gonna tip over." It was fucking awesome.
