I use to watch alot of TV growing up. TGIF and Saturday morning cartoons were awesome. I look at the TV listing now and I puke. Here is a run down of what's on tonight:
Wife Swap - I saw one episode. Basically two slack-jawed yokels swap wives and learn a lesson. No thanks.
Supernanny - Memo to parents: When your kids get out of line just smack them. We all know when she leaves the kids go right back to giving their parents total shit.
Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular - This show was good with Bob. I just hate this new guy.
Criminal Minds - Why am I watching a show about serial rapists and schizophrenic cannibals?
So You Think You Can Dance - No I don't. I'm white. Dancing is fucking stupid too.
Deal or No Deal - No Deal. This show is ooooooooooold.
Baby Borrowers - What the fuck
UFC Unleashed - I can't wait for this 15 minutes is over
America's Next Top Model - Quick, name five models. Can't? Neither can I.
Farmer Wants a Wife - What the fuck
Sex and the City - I'm a strait man so I have no interest in four hags gossiping
Dog the Bounty Hunter - I thought this guy was off the air
The Two Coreys - I heard about this...how the fuck...
Shear Genius - I saw a commercial for this. I thought it was an ad for shampoo.
Larry King Live - This guy is still A-Live?
Keeping Up With the Kardashians - Who?
Living Lohan - I thought she was in rehab (quick question, I thought drug users were criminals so why isn't she in prison?)
MonsterQuest - I can't imagine who would watch this
Ice Road Truckers - How the fuck is this a series?
Reba - I hate that bitch.
My Super Sweet 16 - I would fucking cripple these bastards.
Ghost Hunters - GHOSTS ARE NOT REAL MORONS!
Jon & Kate Plus 8 - I fucking despise these two assholes. Fuck you and all your spawn you hicks.
Law & Order - Why the fuck is this ALWAYS on?

There's numerous informative programs out there. If you get caught up in the "mommy swap" bullshit that's your own fault - and judging by your list, you definitely are.
The quality of any form of available media is what you make it.
And for the record, the "Kill your television blah blah blah" cliche is tired, man. Find a new cause.
