no, bowser and DK had both top speed and the size to push everyone away but each other. though to be honest, i cant remember the 150cc level or the 100 or 50 ones either, i didnt play it anything but multiplayer for years. i think that an entire course of no walls (ghost house tended to have some), and a much harder course with tougher turns and to be much harder than any of the ghost houses.

In super mario kart getting tapped when you are dk or bowser makes you go flying on 150cc because of their low steer-ablility. If you don't go flying off the road then you spin out and lose a god 2-3 seconds. Also the last ghost house was alot harder than rainbow road. holes in the floor > no walls.

Not very clear on how the DMCA works, are you?
Here's the steps involved....
1. Someone posts something on the intartubes that contains copyrighted content.
2. Owner of that copyrighted content files a DMCA takedown notice with the site's owner.
3. Site's owner takes it down, no questions asked.
4. Site's owner notifies poster that it was taken down due to DMCA takedown notice.
5. Poster has the option to claim fair use and restore the content, so long as the right forms and affidavits and crap are sent back.
6. Owner can then restore access to posted material (if he or she so chooses).
Whether or not it is satirical is irrelevant until step 5. Now, once a poster swears that it isn't copyrighted and is protected fair use and IF the owner of the site restores access, the owner of the copyright MAY choose to sue. It is only at that stage that the legality will be decided.
