A company (affiliated to Adidas) allow you to design your own custom made Adidas trainers.
From their web page

We start by designing your shoe and providing you with a computer generated mock-up. Once you approve the design, we begin the production stage. Every item we sell is customized by hand using specialized techniques and processes. After we're done, we coat the shoe with a protective layer which resists water and physical damage
and more improtantly
Cost will be determined on a per order basis, depending on the complexity of the design and materials required. Expect to pay between 200 to 500 euro
