Don't have a yearbook here at work with me... I do have a pic of me before Texas Scholar Luncheon, at graduation, and as a freshman.
Look at the black kid in the pic, it was hard to catch him on film. Those darky folk are so elusive.

yeah, that does make since. I wouldn't walk up to some stranger on the street and make fun of his african heritage, but with my friends there is no problem. In that pic there is a mexican, african, half italian/irish, and a english/krout. There are plenty of racial jokes to go between the bunch of us. The joke on the elusive black kid is because all through school we had to turn the brightness on the cameras up to see his face in our pics.

The origin of the word nigger was to describe colored people, it was used for africans to middle easterner (SP) to southwest asians. In america where there were less diverse populations and most minorities were black they made it stick to just africans, the words redneck and hillbilly are racial slurs towards white people. Ok, i'm pretty sure I was in the pic with him. It wasn't like TheWhitestKidsYouKnow where we had to use special effects to get him there. So that being said, I don't think that I am a racist, but I will go re-check to see if I am.
And I don't know why the pics are so small but I clicked on them and was able to zoom on them to bring them to normal size.
