Yes, badlands and I just got done for the day. I just added some NMM to a poly-terate blend.
I am, however running into a problem with a different system that perhaps you can help me solve. I'm looking for a 2.92-2.98% in place water percentage with a 1.60-1.70 in place free rise density. My problem is that while the water is in spec, the density is out of range. My plan is too add some more HFC-245fa because of possible flash off. When adding the HFC-245fa (a refrigerant and chemical blowing agent) it flashes off at ~58 degrees Fahrenheit. This could possibly attach itself to the water molecule and lift it out when flashing causing the low density but the water titration came in spec.
I'm thinking the amine levels are off. What about you? What do you suggest?
