Waldorf from the Muppet Show.
(He's the one on the left in the pic below)
Why? Because Waldorf rains derision and insults down upon the Muppet Show stage from on high in the balcony - much like Shlongy does to the poor rabble here on Ubersite.
Here are a couple of arrows from Waldorf's quiver.
Waldorf: These seats are awful.
Statler: Why? Can't you see anything?
Waldorf: That's the problem. I can see everything.
Waldorf: Just when you think this show is terrible something wonderful happens.
Statler: What?
Waldorf: It ends.

Yes - I was ACTUALLY watching the Muppet Show and thought of Shlongy. I check out the Muppet Show DVDs from the local library for my kids. They think its hilarious - just like I did when I was a kid. It is quality programming.
