This report from the Pennsylvania State Police crossed my desk today. I'd have loved to be the cop that got to arrest this guy.
NATURE OF INCIDENT: Disorderly conduct
DATE: 12/16/08
LOCATION: U.S. Rt. 6 "Golden Mile," Wysox Township
VICTIM: Society
ACCUSSED (yes, with two esses): Harold James Howell Jr., 20 YOA, Warren Center, PA
INCIDENT DETAILS (verbatim): "On above dates and times Howell was cited for disorderly conduct for causing a traffic hazard by riding his tricycle in the travelled portion of SR6.
"It should be noted that Howell has the skill to accomplish this while seated backwards."
