I wish I would have written about a lot of things while still in the warm afterglow...A LOT of things.
I love life lived reckless kids. I prefer to kick it on the very outer fringe.
I suppose if I would have stopped and written those things while fresh, it would have cheapened the moment. I am too selfish for that. A distant reflection when the euphoria has turned yellow is what I offer up. Voids bitten out in the flow of events that create a sporadic read. In my defense those voids were created by distilled spirits, Pussy and THC. If It were not for those elements you and I would not be sharing right now.

I have been on a run. No. Not drugs. I am fortunate that I have been able to overcome. I have learned that junkies, true adrenaline junkies, never really stop being junkies. We all just seek out a new kick.
My current run is living out things I never thought in a far and away dream I would experience. And by doing so it has caused me to be placed in a very peculiar plain in life. Soon I have to pull it in and stop feeding off the euphoria of slouching towards the edge. The problem with that is I have a girl, the reckless adventurer to my left. She follows no matter how black the travel. Two un-prepared, yet diving in. That is one heady combination. It makes it hard to pull back because it is just so fuckin fun!
I have a candle under a bushel.
I have experienced some powerful moments, Some enduring. I recently checked off some top liners. But when will it end? What maneuvering and struggling will I tolerate to reach a new rush?
Here are some descriptors of these moments: Wonderful. Lovely. Heart thumping. Beautiful. Wild. Passionate.
I don't address the bad.
I am holding hands walking into fire. And it is a mellow and relaxed gait.
Gate.
I fear crossing over this suspect bridge one more time. one more time. one more time.... . Perhaps it will crumble while we are off exploring. We will be trapped. I have to admit, that is a big part of the rush!
