This sucks. A few months ago I was involved in breaking up a fight, however due to medics in the Army being a bunch of back stabbers they've all made statements saying that I was the one fighting. People I've never even met have put in statements, using my first name! I don't tell people my first name at work unless I know them well. I've got to admit, I lost it in the interview room and said that they we're, sic. ''Talking a load of bollocks. This is total bullshit!''
Ah well, here ends my career, I hope I don't get bummed in the jail. Maybe I should have taken a lawyer in with me...

Whilst it is tragic that you lack the interpersonal skills neccesary to conduct yourself in a civilised manner, it is heartening that you have been able for find something of a community in Ubersite.
Perhaps it would be best if you took to the mountains to live a life of simplicity and solitude in a log cabin, interacting with others only when teenage city slickers go camping who are blissfully unaware of the rapist/murderer dwelling amidst the verdant peaks.

Unless you killed or maimed the guy, the most you'll be getting is a dishonorable discharge. You losing your shit like that probably eliminated any possibility that the MP's will drop the charges (which happens often).
Not US army. We can only serve a maximum of 2 years in our prison before being discharged and continuing any time out standing in civilian prison.
