Fuck me sideways.. 2008 Dodge falls the fuck apart within 10 mins of the radio announcing Chrysler's bankruptcy. 60k miles since June and It chooses NOW to fall apart..

i am on a diet, since new year i have lost two stone - slow and steady so the weight stays off.
unlike kk i don't fad diet, i have just been exercising more, i have been swimming again and eat right - pecial k and skimmed milk for breakfast, tuna and salad pitta and apple for lunch and grilled chicken breast and veggies for dinner.
i had to laugh about his walk a mile thing - i have been walking 4 miles nearly everyday without counting it as exercise.
i guess everyone is different.
i'd stilll like to lose a bit more but not too much, i like being a little chubby as it helps puff out my wrinkles
my boobs have been pretty much the same size since i was 10, they haven't really ever got bigger or smaller except last few weeks of pregnancy
i store most fat on my bum and midriff

GM actually looked like it was on a good path recently...with some models fairing pretty well against others, like the Cobalt or the Saturn Aura. But too little too late, I guess. Shortsighted is the proper word.

Dodge has been on the road to non-existance since Iacocca implemented his short sighted ideas in the eighties. While they short term increased unit sales, they ultimately destroyed the chrysler brand as being anything of quality, and set in motion an engineering culture of cheap and sloppy design. That's jsut my opinion.
The only good new GM I've seen since the nineties was the supercharged cobalt SS. I took one out that a buddy was test-fitting for a proto-type foil kit, and it was actually a fun little car to drive. Not the fastest car on the road, but for a little four cylinder it was quick enough and had good road feel.

I remember the car I rented. All they had left was cream whtie PT Cruiser.
I tried to do a quick U-turn on a FOUR lane road and actually had to back up in reverse.
The guy at the rental company had warned me...that car doesn't fucking turn, for some reason.
Blocking traffic with such an awful looking car to finish a u-turn is pretty embarassing.
It was brand new and I got stocked in a remote shelter in winter for hours cuz the engine wouldn't start at -20F, even though all the old shitty cars around me started easily.
I wonder who buys Pt Cruisers.

I got rid of my car cuz I live downtown so I often rent cars to leave town.
I usually get Chryslers or GMs (sometimes Ford or Mazda).
The cars rarely have more then 10k kilometers and you can tell they're gonna fall apart soon. Those I used (sometimes more than once) to travel are:
- PT Cruiser. Worse car ever. Not only it is embarassing to drive that ugly piece of shit, but it won't start and it's awful to drive in winter conditions.
- Dodge Caliber. Looks rubbish and the car is supposed to be a "compact" even though it's twice as heavy as its counterparts. The continously variable transmission takes out all the fun in driving, especially if you got the weak SE, which most people get for fuel economy.
- Dodge Avenger. Is ok. Looks were neat when it came out...it already looks like a bad idea. The interior is cheap and rattles A LOT if you drive on unpaved roads.
- Dodge Magnum. Lol...wtf!?
- Sebring (both sedan and convertible). Meh. Uninspired and boring. Not a bad car, but it's competitors do a much better job (often at a cheaper price). I like the Ford Fusion, Mazda 6 and Civic Sedan.
- Challenger. ZZzzzZZZzz. Is that car supposed to be exciting to drive? Sure, it's got an engine but it feels like driving a boat. I got a huge speed ticket with that car on the highway, not realizing I was going that fast in that hearse.
- 300c. Looks like a furniture like the Challenger, but that's one hell of a car. With its price tag, it's to be expected. I pushed that thing in the Laurentian Mountains as hard as I could and I got scared before the car even looked out of its "comfort zone".
- Dodge Ram. Looks mean, kinda cool to drive but after having worked in forestry...usually are the first ones to fall apart.
So yeah...basically Chrysler sucks, except for Jeep. Good riddance I guess. GMs are almost as bad. Thank god Ford is actually making awesome cars lately or else you could say goodbye to the american auto industry. the Ford Edge is my favourite so far. =)
