The conversations at work seem to spiral into nonsense rapidly, no mater how normal they start off. It always falls to me to be referee on the debates that ensue due to my vast knowledge of useless shit.
Yesterday I was called upon to remember the name of an old kids TV show from the 70's.
It was Doctor Shrinker, but that's not important.
You see kids, in the 70's there were many live action TV shows, many of them were made by Sid and Marty Krofft. They were geniuses of puppetry and colorful stage productions. They dominated kids TV with shows like The Bugaloos, Lidsville, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, Land of the Lost, The Lost Saucer, Wonderbug, and Electra Woman and Dyna Girl.
Then it hit me Electra Woman and Dyna Girl.
Hmmm, I remember them. They were a super hero show, very much like the campy Batman and Robin classic.
Dyna Girl was hot if I remember.

I swear I have no idea what you're talking about.
No doubt I'm a lot older than you (I wasn't watching kids show in the seventies) but I've never heard of any of these.

I must admit that I didn't watch much TV when I was really young but I do remember watching the 'original' Johnny Weissmüller Tarzan movies being broadcasted on Germany TV between '69 and '72.

My well meaning mother once bought a video of HR puf n stuf when I was a little person because she loved the show as a kid, the HR thingo gave me nightmares for a week, as did the wolf in the never ending story. She also bought Kimba the white lion, which I can still sing for you now.
