Mystia: piss-taking aside, are you sure you saved it as a JPEG? file? because if that was the case it should be a relatively small file (<100K usually) and should be fine for Uber .
MSpaint normally defaults to save as Bitmap images (.BMP files) which are fucking huge and Uber struggles with them.
Don't mean to sound condecending here but when saving it, have you tried selecting "Save as..." and then clicking the little drop-down box that says 'File type' and picking Jpeg?

i dont have a photo proggy to resize stuff and i didnt know i need to do that.
