My morning didn't go particularly well - I was poorly prepared for a sales meeting, I almost missed my train and the rain had soaked my bike saddle, and as a consequence, my undercarriage. I was ever so slightly hungover having stayed up to find out what Madonna song I am. 'Like a Virgin' if anyone's interested.
It was still raining as I cycled to the station where I didn't have time to buy a slightly cheaper ticket at a machine and had to rush myself and my cumbersome bicycle onto the train, nearly crushing an infant in the process (a highlight). When I sat down I realised the extent of the moisture that was soaking my balls hadn't been helped by a near constant spray from the rode as I made my way through the mean streets of town.
Sweaty, wet and panting I bought my over-priced ticket from a painfully jolly ticket inspector who commented that I
"Looked rough",
I muttered something non-commital and started hashing together a presentation to justify my existence.
All very dull and dreary, and the day passed as such until about 5 minutes ago when I was given the following link. I don't care if you've seen it, I don't care that it's a link and I don't care that it's quite a long video. It's fucking brilliant and if you think otherwise, you're wrong.

Highlights for the impatient:
0:40 - After some serious thinking, the awesome display of power begins!
2:10 - Not content with showing us his skills on the ground, the plucky Ninja shows us his aerial work.
4:00 - Ninja exercise regime (14 push-ups, 2 squats).
6:00 - Incredible Ninja balance!
6:45 - Majestic Ninja jumping!

On Sunday I went to the beach with my roommate, and the lifeguard yelled at us for throwing a nerf ball in the water, so we had to put it away.
Later I was laying in the sand, catchin' some rays, and I opened up my eyes and saw a real live ninja. A ninja! He was standing at the edge of the water, swinging nunchucks while little kids ran amuck. He even had a sword in his pants...but that's another story for another time.
FYI: No nerf balls at the beach. Deadly weapons OK.
