First off, this post is late. That's totally my fault but there are extenuating circumstances that include, but are not limited to: a 19 year-old pregnant girl with a due date of August 9th but looks as if her water's about to break any freakin minute, an ADHD video-game addict that can't pull his head out of "Prototype" and hasn't been able to for the last 3 days, a hippie/biker/boilermaker that is both wise and a complete lunatic, a blonde with enough cleavage to house a family of immigrants while wearing a little purple strip of silk that was held together over her massive ju-ju with one little diamante pin, the blonde's husband that wouldn't know what to do with her ju-ju if she shook it at him (she's tried this and he's ignored it - we're wondering now if he's a closet queer), a geeky cowboy with a $400 cell phone bill, a large geeky black man that can't find a job, an Alzheimer's addled father that can't remember where he put his teeth and needs help to find them, and a crazy old woman that freaked in the middle of Ryan's when she looked into a mirror and saw that all her hair was solid white.
It's been a weird week.
So, without further ado, I give you the 2009 Geek-Off Winners. Enjoy. Or not. I don't care.

*grin* SG, you get leeway. Lots of it. But c'mon - this isn't the contest for Most Popular Geek on Ubersite. If it had been, then yes, Sally would have danced away with the prize the way she danced off with my heart (I love an armed woman in chainmail). As I was given to understand, it was up to the person hosting the contest to choose the winner. The manner in which the choice was made was nothing clearly defined or set in stone. But if you have a problem with the choice, frank, then please enlighten me - what entry beat this:
41 Geeky Qualities + Weird Al's head + kilt
This wasn't a contest for everyone's favorite geek so the Geek-Off entry post ratings were ignored. This wasn't a contest for the One Single Instance of Greatest Geekiness so those entries with one (or none) came in farther down than the ones that had more content. This wasn't a contest to see who had the Geekiest Collection (that woulda been a tie between Sally and Famine, really). This was a Pure Geek-Off, who was the geekiest ALTOGETHER.
And if any of you can honestly say that frankthebear isn't the Geekiest fooker you've ever even known existed (especially after reading his entry), then you're lying to yourself.
Puhleeze.
And if Doodles is a man, then I'm the Flying Spaghetti Monster and death waits for Doodles at the local Olive Garden.

Surely the amount of evidence put forward by Darth Famine should have been guaranteed a win. I mean not only is he a geek, but his wife is a geek too. For sheer Geekdom there can be nothing more geeky than a geek who is actually producing "PureBred Geek Spawn" with an actual Geek Female.
Frank will never be that geeky, he's still stuck on touching himself over things.
This Competition needs to be declared a farce and protests need to happen in the streets. Or was that something else I read about recently?
