I'm desperate. I heard this song on the musak station at work the other night and I can not remember who performs it or what it's called. I know it's from the early 90's, it's all instrumental and it sounds like it's mainly performed with a synth. I've uploaded myself whistling the song (sad) because I am going to die in 24 hours if I don't figure out the name. Help me ubersite. If there's an easier place to upload the wav than megaupload let me know and I'll repost...

If it comes down to it you can write down all the title you recognise from the muzak tape/CD or else find the tape/CD they use for the muzak at work, track down the supplier of the tape/CD, and trace the song through them. You may be dead before you can complete those tasks, though.

it's like easy listening. the notes that i whistled are played by synth, sort of a mellow version of a blaring trumpet. The whole song is very light and airy, and yes, fairly gay. But it's stuck in my head and i need to know the name of it. and yes, it's an instrumental, so a lyric search is out.
