Bang!
A flash in the pan; a short cosmic wisp of feathery electrostatic splinters out in directional tangents trying to touch something, anything. Afar, but not too far mind you, a voracious circus of gluttony is being held, the performers are water droplets racing to the Earth, the audience an expecting sea of prairie grass. The trees are afraid. They tremble and weep flailing their arms in a wild display of pageantry, the wind giving an uproarious mask to the shouts and pleas for mercy.
Almost, but not quite grounded the branches of the white tree rage skyward for they are lost. You see, they have no eyes and make travel by sense of touch and feel. Ubiquitous neutrinos drifting through the excited atoms accept energy resonantly from a number of such excited nuclei in the ravenous attempts of complete oblivion. Plasma floats through the darkening sky pushing itself onto other forms of matter with out a worry about the elemental basis for their existence.
The shattered ice that masks the horizon is about to become excited. Watch closely as the delighted sky embarks on a second long foray into the cosmos, a quick villainous grin speckles its face. And it danced, oh boy did it dance! It stole the show, the curtains have drawn early but if you sit in your seat long enough a second show will start with a new cast. This time a new star will be borne and a new show stealer is waiting on the sidelines.
