i dont understand why people find the n-word so offensive. it's no less offensive than a statue of a middle age jew nailed to a piece of wood. if you choose the argument of " it's the story behind it that is hurtful" then i have this to say "then why don't you ban the crucifix?" isn't the crucifix a sign of the oppresion that early christians would suffer? i don't think that the n-word should be banned no more than i think that the crucifix should be banned. to those who think that it should i say why?

Typing or saying "n-word" is as spineless and lame as typing "f*ck" or saying "freak" when you mean "fuck".

i don't find the word offensive. the father in-law refers to me as "that nigger" & "coon baboon" all the time. i still show him respect when i have to call there, and always tell him "thanks"
