OK, so there's really no reason for me to post this right now, other than I think
my son is really cute. We went to get some pictures of my son done the other day
at Sears. My son's name is Aidan and he really loves getting his picture taken even
though he is only 18mos old. He also loves Thomas the Tank Engine right now and has
become obssessed with trains. He never cared about TV until we got him a Thomas video,
and now he brings the video/DVD (he has two vids and two DVD's now) almost every day
to watch with me.
So anyhow, we go to the portrait place at Sears, bringing Aidan and his Thomas train set
in case he starts to get fussy as he is due for a nap soon. Aidan gets there and seems
to be doing fine, he lets us take a family picture with him and then is even good for about
three more pictures. Then he decides he doesn't want to change clothes and I start thinking
about the whole picture experience.
I never had to go through this when I was child as my father teaches photography at the
college level. Our family just had to gather downstairs in the living room for our family
photo, whereas all other children must endure an episode of leaving the house to go out
and into public where trouble and fun can be caused and had. This is where I start feeling
old and realizing I'm thinking like an old person. I'm 26 yrs old and I'm reminiscing about
my childhood. It's kinda wierd the things you think about when you're watching your kid.
I guess that's really the point of this post. I've grown up a lot in the past few years and
watching my kid grow up really hits me. Aidan was playing away and not wanting to take the
pictures because it was so structured. It was something he was supposed to do, and he was
rebelling, in his own little 18mo old way. It made me smile. I hope this can brighten your
day somehow.
This is a pic of him from that day.

Look after your son and make sure he never has to see that photoshopped picture.
Bless him.

1) OshKosh rules.
2) Your son is on the verge of being too cute; he almost looks like a wax figure.
3) Your writing makes me dizzy.

What a horrific looking child. When he gets older, he can make money collecting tolls under a bridge. BrothersGrimm-Style

6 months until the terrible two's
I want one of my sisters to have another kid for me to play with, their kids are all evil teenagers. I miss this age, I could be a hero with a box of legos and a Dr. Suess book. Now they want money and the car keys.

Thanks Insane. It is quite nice actually.
As far as aforemoentioned uber user to be stabbed, like I said,
that's their own problem to deal with, whoever they may be. They're
just garnering the dislike of more people, while I feel sorry for them.
It must be pretty lonely to have to do that to a child's picture to try
and piss someone off over the internet. Oh well.

Integrity? There exist many a uber user that will never ever be even mistakenly described with that word. Especially Nutsac there who should be stabbed to death with a rusty crocheting needle.

But then again, if that's what people will do with this, that's there problem
to deal with. It's pretty sick if you ask me.
