This was all boiling to a point to talk about a certain goth I saw. I live in Central Florida. Its October, but its still pushing 90 on the good days. And this was a bad day. I saw a kid wearing a black trenchcoat, black jeans, and a black long sleeve shirt, with possibly a black undershirt. This is Florida. And it had to be pushing 94 degrees with 50% humidity. He had a black umbrella though. I think he was just in it for the attention. I mean, you don't wear all that shit without a reason. Protesting something doesn't cut it, I mean, I'll protest something that I feel strongly for, but not when it involves me passing out in a puddle of my own sweat.
But its the type that gets me. He probably answers one or two questions a day about his choice of clothes. He either answers it with a smartass grin on his face, the one where he acts like he knows more then you. A king answering a peon sorta thing. Doing it out of pity. Or he'll scowl and mutter something about killing your dog and then using his "goth" powers to raise it from the dead.
On a totally unrelated note. I was in history class after coming back from North Carolina. Getting no sleep for 24 hours makes me a cranky kid. I remember some kid talking about how Iraq is a quagmire. So in my sleep deprived state, I stated loudly that I wished liberals would die and then educated him on why Iraq is doing better then it was before. Some chick applauded me for saying this. The professor didn't like what I said so he switched subjects to vietnam. And the same kid spoke up, I was pissed this time. So I stood up, and said that I hate you, and you need to go away. Then said we could have won (yes, we could have) Then he turned around and gave me some kind of glare, so I glared back. And staring into my eyes, bloodshot, and with my evil glare. He turned around quick. Which was good, because I was ready to kick ass. I'm not a nice kid in my sleep deprived state.
Wow, rambling thoughts, somewhat cohesive. This deserves at least a 1. Come on folks, it has the makings of a classic. It has wit, a sleep deprived individually threatening to kill someone in a classroom, me making fun of goths. All its missing is some kind of picture. One that involves the two things that make a post great...A Hot Chick with Beer.

Umm, I think that the people of Iraq might dispute your argument about how Iraq is better off now. Yeah, Saddams gone, but most of the common people hate America and Britain as much as they hated him, plus the infrastructure of that country has gone to hell, so please, tell us this argument that you put forward. I am genuinely interested to hear it.
I was going to give a -2, but then I realised that if i met that Goth kid he would probably piss me off too, so +1 for that.

Yeah, the lows are in the 70's. But thats at night. And night in central florida is sticky humid fun.

I don't mind helping people out if their down on their luck, but I dont want to pay for it for all of their lives. Social Security is a nice thing, except when it happens that their will be more people taking out of it then putting into it in the next 20 years.

Yes, I'm afraid I have to agree with you.
I get called a goth everyday, which probably means I am one by societies standards. But I don't walk around during summer wearing a trenchcoat, sweating and dripping pancake makeup, glaring at others, pretending I know something they don't.
That is blatant stupidity and I laugh gleefully at the fools who encourage this sort of behaviour.
I'll give you a +1, because you were so polite in your begging for it.
