If you want to lose weight lifting is not your best option. A good cardiovascular routine is best. Maybe try cycling or running, or boxing as was suggested. These are all good aerobic exercises that will help increase your metabolism and burn more fat and build lean muscle mass. Also skipping meals never helps lose weight. Instead a small healthy meal 6 times a day is best. Eating small portions throughout the day keeps your metabolism running and helps you burn fat while you aren't doing anything.

I am 5'7 155 lbs. when i was in school i was ugly. i lifted weights and worked out, took boxing and other combat sports, boxing will cut alot of fat off you. when iwas in high school i beat the shit out of evryone who fucked with me, or thay beat the shit out of me either way nobody would call me any names because it was not worth the trouble. then i got confident started banging chicks left and right. i banged pretty classey black girls cause i like big black ass. it was hard for a white guy to do that. i am a normal dude nothing special, u can do it too. stop being a pussy and work out. i can help if you are interested. or jump off a bridge because your taking up space, feeling sorry for your self does nothing for you. plus get th "cookies" out of your name.thats part of your problem. stop thinking about food
