Fall, the trees are turning the temps are falling and my employer is riding my ass with this United Way bullshit once again.
It's not so much that the United Way is bullshit, although I don't agree with everything they're about, it's about the way my employer handles obligating, but not really obligating us to donate.
CEO lectures, letter's to our homes, stupid pizza party contests, e-mails. Everything except asking me specifically why I'm not participating.
Chicken shit tactics.
They even offer to put up money in our name if we come to them and explain our situation.
Fuck 'em.
Although I wouldn't contribute on my own free will anyway, it feels good to think I'm not, just to spite them.
