I work in a large hotel, and I often encounter people with names that sometimes just leave you wondering what the hell their parents were thinking.
These names are all real, just as they were entered into our reservation system.
I haven't changed a single name. Fuck the innocent.

I don't know if this was just my teacher being a dumb bitch, but she said that her dentist's name was Phil Ing. I assume she was being honest, but heck, we were 2nd graders...She could have told us that the earth was flat and we would have believed her.

I was born with my two names being Adrian Beau. I have always been called Beau by my family, and when I first started school (it's said Bo for those of you that don't know). Kids are unusually cruel and with being registered as Beau I heard some stupid shit like "Hey Beau, kind of like Bow-tie hahaha."
After that I got sick of it and asked my mom to register me as Adrian (this was kindergarten). Without me knowing, Rocky came out, so when I was in Elementary school, I heard so many times "Yo! Adriaaaaaan!"
Well, I took matters into my own hands again in 5th grade, and went back to Beau. By that time, sense of humor had matured a bit, but had not progressed beyond making fun of one's name. I've heard every single "Beau" joke that you could think of. From "Beau-vine" even though I'm probably one of the skinniest people anyone will meet, to "Beau-sephus" who I had no idea who that was until I started playing the different varieties of jazz.
Most often as a joke I have said that my first born son will bare my name, because I will not go through this hell alone.

my mother worked with a thelastone (thuh-lost-uh-nee). and then the poor kid had a younger sibling. how depressing. and then there was elmer funke (funky). why do people do that to their children? oh, and one of my friends parents were feeling witty, and named him after a character from catch-22. yes, he is major major major. i swear to gawd, im NOT making this up.

I know a "Jack Studley" which is clearly the world's manliest name, ever.
I also went to college with a guy named *&^%$ Ray Gunn. (Not giving out his first name and I don't know why, probably because it is irrelevant to the "Ray Gun" part).
