So there I sat, at the very edge of life.
Unsure of my place, try as I might.
Forward I knew was the proper direction.
But the mirror showed me an altered reflection.
I knew the face that looked back at me,
but something inside felt differently.
Onward I strove, despite all the friction.
A lost childhood, a gained disposition.
They wanted a suit, they wanted a dream,
They wanted me to change a big part of me.
Deep down inside an overwhelming yearning.
Although wealth and health are constantly turning.
I think to be once again young, would solve all the issues.
But It's wrong to regress, cause success is like tissues.
It's frail and translucent, hardly a dream.
But torn it means nothing, a loveless fling.
The decision was made and looked at the sky.
Knowing for sure it was indefinitely high.
It eased my thoughts, that moment on the line,
So there I sat, and admired the time.

Youre only getting a positive 2 because Stacy Kiebler is on TV in a school girl outfit. Damn lucky punk. I hate poetry.
