The RIAA is suing people left and right for sharing music files on programs like kazaa and grockster. These programs are used to share various types of media, not only music. Porn is very common in these programs.
Now my question is whether or not the porn industry is losing money due to this. And if they are, why aren't they bitching like pussy Metallica? Anyone know?

im pissed altogether at the RIAA for blaming their decrease in profits due to their production of excessively crappy music on anyone but themselves. I personally think there's also been a rise in the number of crappy movies too. how many recent GOOD movies can you think of that were original ideas (not sequels, not taken from books, etc.)?? they shouldnt be complaining either.
I guess the porn industry isnt complaining because they have a limited audience anyway.

They'll start bitching when stupid people (i know some) stop BUYING porn and supporting the God-forsaken industry. I have never bought a porn flick, and only once bought a nudie mag. That's what Kazaa/WinMX/Limewire are for. (I now have a Mac computer, and there is no Kazaa for Mac...just shitty LImewire)
Good point though. +1 because I bet more MBs of porn is downloaded from Kazaa than MBs of MP3s.
