I went to church today. I am Catholic, the only REAL religion. Christians are ok, Protestants, Baptists, pretty much the same thing. While I was in church I was thinking of how cool my religion is, and then they passed around the collection plate. I put in a dollar, nothing much, and I thought, "If I were Mormon, I would be tossing 10% of my fucking paycheck in there!" And I was pissed for the rest of the day. Mormons are fucking retarded. If you are mormon (not worthy of proper noun capitalization), congratulations, you fell into the biggest scam in the country. While you're at it go join a pyramid scam or two, or invest some cash in Enron. Jesus said it was best to give, and that you don't need many posessions. It is much better to give them away. GIVE. Not be charged, especially by your dumb-assed church. It does no good when you're being forced to do it. And another reason mormons are retarded is the fact that they encourage adultery. Polygamy isn't exactly supported by the ten commandments. Fucking idiots. And now Jahovas. Holy shit what a crappy religion. They think they will actually recruit people to their cult? *Knockknock* "Hello. Would you like to join my religion? You're forbidden from celebrating any holidays or birthdays and you have to be a bitch about saying the pledge of alliegence! And you get to go door to door getting told to get the hell out of here every weekend!" "WOW! WHERE DO I SIGN?!" Fucking stupid. I'm sure they're making a huge statement by not celebrating anything. That statement is that they're a cult and need to be persecuted. That's it. A new Holocaust, but this time it's those two stupid religions, and the Jews can sit back and chill for a change. Ok retard.
Mormons pay 10% of their earnings to the church. Yes true. But the president of the church is not pocketing the change. That money that we pay to them, goes into helping countries in poverty, helping disaster struck areas (which is why Red Cross changed their slogan, used to be the something along the lines of always being the first). We spend our money, being unselfish and donating to the cause of people that wish to get educations but do not have the money to pay for it.
All in all, before you TRY to rip something apart, learn what you are talking about.

Although I generally agree with you, I am catholic also, and it is definitely NOT the best regligion either. They're a bunch of hypocrates, I should also remind you that the majority of priests in the catholic church like to rape little boys, and the catholic church itself, that you like to call the only religion, hid this fact for years. I can not go to church every weekend because I would be a hypocrate, just like all the non-married hypocrates that are there every weekend. I have non-marital sex with my boyfriend that I've been with for 5 years, they don't believe in that, so I can't go to church, go to confession, confess that I've been riding my boyfriend all night the night before, go home, say ten hail mary's and then fuck him again. Can't do it. And they do not believe in homo-sexual marriages (just to let you know I am a straight female) and I don't see anything wrong with it. The catholic churc is so old in their ways, they need to speed up to 2003, oh, and by the way, that dollar that you put in that basket, you might want to give $5 or $10 the next time since your precious catholic church has already and will continue to pay out millions to all the little boys that they've been molesting for years and years.
