Why does all the money say Federal Reserve "Note" on? Isn't Congress supposed to coin and mint all the money why do we get money from the Federal reserve who or what is it?

yours is close to perfect. the hair makes it great. but the area around the chin needed a little more work to hide the blend. but this is very good.
