People who are not deaf, who sit on their computer and call unsuspecting people using IP Relay, Sprint Relay or AT&T Relay are mindless, inmature TWITS ! First of all Internet Relay is FREE to any phone in the USA so I don't know what you're talking about when you said it would cost to a cell phone. What an ignorant response. Have you EVER been charged for an INCOMING call??? NO, unless the operator tells you it is a collect call. That is the stupidest question I hear from people you idiots dial: "is this call going to cost me anything?" We no longer place calls outside of the U.S. I.P. addresses are recorded during prank calls so we can bust your stupid ass! and if you knew how fucking stupid you sounded on the operator end you wouldn't be laughing so hard. You're friends hang up on you because they have some sense. You have none. You abuse this system for the deaf because you have no life!
