Well, screw this. I am never ever again posting on ubersite. Why? you may ask, well its just too much to deal with.
I heard stories about how most of the older uberusers swallowed the newbies alive and flamed them mercilessly, and then I decided that I, Andras the almighty, would try to break that trend. I would be the first newbie to break all preestablished rules and appear on BAW with my first post (you know, the zombie ettiquete thingie). Silly me.
Nothing, but absolutely nothing prepared me for the anguish that would be posting on ubersite. I can now say that I went through what Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon went through when their scandalous behaviour was exposed to the country. I feel like a horse that is owned by a very stupid farmer who insists on artificially inseminating it even though it is a male: always wary, always shaky, always frightfullly awaiting that dreaded moment when the needle... I mean when my post is not featured anywherein the main page and when a new review is given to it, anxiously waiting for the page to load and to see if the comment is a flame that will start my downfall (much like this post). It's just too much for me to handle.
so I bid ye farewell, and give ye all a hearty "screw this". I'll never post again.

Look man, I feel you, but your point has been made so many times that nobody cares.
The only way to make the point your trying to make is to write quality posts that people will read and love. The rate and the number of hits does not mean shit. You yourself just proved that. Your zombie thing was good. Go with it, write things when you are inspired, write good, and you'll be accepted. It takes time and patience.

see, this is what im talking about on the zombie ettiquete post(considered far superior by many users) i got 16 review in the space of 2 days and then it stopped. now with this shitty one, i got 9 reviews in a metter of minutes.
I guess that what im trying to say is that most people dont take a chance on new posts that are actually good, and instead jump on the lame ones to flame 'em and go with the already proven ones by known people... TAKE A GODDAMN CHANCE!
If it's good they will come.

It doesn't matter man, just look at the hits on it. The hits is what counts, but most people won't come back to read your stuff. The other thing is that sometimes people don't feel like reviewing anything. The ones that get the reviews are extremely funny, sexist, political, or controversial.

well, I followed the zombie post with this to see if all the things I heard about newbies being flamed were true, its just an experiment, and as I said, I will make up for it, don't worry... although posting this may actually screw up the whole experiment... oh well.
