spike- here is a partial trouble shooting tree.
are you using a pc or mac type comp? say pc
are you using internet explorer? say yes.
go to Tools menu and choose "internet options"
pick the content tab and look at the content advisor click enable
set all the RSACi settings to 0.
didn't work? crap. poke around in the internet options section.
