Earlier this evening (its evening in the UK) i became a member of Ubersite after being a reader of this site for the last month.
I already have a few authors who's posts i enjoy reading and there are a few who i really dispise.

and thought i'd give posting a go,so this is not ment to be funny. clever or anything else.
Has anyone watched "transformers Armada"? i saw it today and it was so lame, my childhood Dreams of growing up to be a transformer were shattered. it was "4 episodes back-to-back" and it took the first 2 for me to realise that optimus prime is now a fire engine megatron is a Tank and that i wasnt just imagining the little things making squeaky noises (these are the 'minicons')
I was wondering, who here ever watched the original transformers?
i saw a picture optimus prime in somones post, and i was just wandering who else liked them? or if im just the only person that watched it?

transformers owned voltron.
but gijoe was badass.
ninja turtles was almost as good as gijoe.
batman the animated series is the best superhero cartoon series followed by samurai jack.

The Muppet Show and Fraggle Rock kick ass (and Transformers too!!!). I still have the collection of Fraggle Rock toys that came with kids meals at McDonalds...I think I was 4-5 years old or something...good times.

Anyone remember the Junktacons, that was right when the show jumped the shark, I haven't watched any transformer stuff since.

you can buy each seadon of transformers on DVD, which fucking own. I highly recommend it to other transformers fans.

Hm. Glad you took heart by something I wrote and "gave a go at posting".
Transformers rule all kinds of ass as far as I'm concerned, but I think I'll go throw up now envisioning Optimus as a firetruck. That is nothing but blaspheme.

uhh dude in transformers armada optimus is a semi-truck....just like the original......in transformers robots in disguise (the show that came before armada) he was a fire engine the show that u are currently fuming about is 4 years old.....congratuations u know nothing.

I used to play with Transformers. I had three of them that you could piece together into one BIG transformer...
...Yeah...I might be the only girl in the world who played with transformers, but I had my older brothers' influence!!!

The muppet show was on late in England too. I remember that being the case in the UK too!! How strange that is. Wht put the muppet show on in a primetime evening slot?
I also remember Thundercats being on in the evening, but perhaps that is just me having distorted memories of things.

yes i watched it "Transformers, robots in disguise" was an inspired lyric in what was the theme tune that raised the bar. This was only topped by "M-M-M Mask, Crusaders working overtime, all the time, fighting crime" etc etc.

howdy... Ye Olde Transformers were the shizzel-be-nizzizle-fo-fizzile... sorry... that makes no fucking sense to me... um, they kicked all amounts of Holy and Unholy Ass... I watch their movie at least once a month, just to bare witness to their awesomeness.
