Medicaid, welfare, food stamps, and government housing aren't far behind I assume.

I hope it hurt. Camwhore.
Well, Deputy Dipshit, if you were paying attention, you would notice that the pic is not of me, but his grandmother. And it didn't hurt, epidurals kick ASS!

I thought you were putting him up for adoption
Well, that changed. I couldn't do it and couldn't be happier that I didn't.

Yeah, he's our first. He's great, though I will be glad when he can interact with us a little more. He holds his head up all the time, even when we were still at the hospital. He's so strong for such a little guy.
On the breastfeeding note.. I think it had to do with the fact that when he was born, his blood sugar was low, so they had to give him formula right away and I couldn't start out breastfeeding until late that night. I guess he got used to the ease of the bottle and didn't want to work for the milk on the breast.

heatherm,
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Jacob looks extremely cute, and come out at a very heathly weight and length, my most recent child was born at 8lbs. 6oz. and 22in. She is now 15 months to today and weighs 26lbs! What a terror she has become, hehehe. Kids are so fun to be around, especially at such a young time if their lives. I wish you the best for whatever decisions you make with and ofr your child.
cheers!!!

HA! Okay that one almost made me say 'aw'. Kinda looked like a miniature gangster with that hat and the almost-hand gesture. Cute.
I wonder why some babies don't take to breast feeding?

I gained most of the weight in my stomach... after I had him, my breasts got pretty big.. but he didn't take very well to breastfeeding.. so they have since gone down. Happily, I can already fit back into my old clothes. Still a little weight to be lost, but it turned out better than I expected.
He is 2 wks old, today.

I'm not sure what the deal is with me, but I feel absolutely nothing when I see a baby. Not even 'aaaaaaaaw'. I think it's the lack of fur and whiskers. But +2 for you and yours anyhoo!
The big pregnant tummy was cool, though. You still looked little. Did the rest of you get bigger at all, too? I had an aunt who was so excited that she was finally going to have big boobs, but NOTHING changed on her except her little belly!
I feel another rambling random day coming on. LAST DAY AT THIS BORING JOB!!!!
