I think when I drive. This might not be such a bad thing if I thought about driving, but as it is, I use the time to think about everything else. You know, the stuff that, as an adult, I can't stare into space and obsess over.
Daydreams.
And I never hear anyone mention it. Does anyone else do this? Is it just me? Should I seek help for this, in addition the all the OTHER things I need to seek help for?
So, I have a question. This has been bothering me for a while now. I mean, I'm 24, and I daydream.
Do you? Do you ever catch yourself, staring into the middle distance, thinking about the conversation you really want to have with that object of lust you work with? How you're going to say all the right things next time you meet in the coffee room?
Do you ever find that ten minutes have passed since last time you looked at the clock and all you've done is imagine a dream holiday, where you're magically three sizes smaller, or have bigger tits or longer hair or are more charming and witty and together than James Bond?
Do you ever snap out of it to realise that you've swerved into oncoming traffic? No? Ok, that might just be me.

Lisa...Baby.... I have no grudge against you simply because
you were too stupid to see the point of my post.
I dislike you because you are arrogant and condescending, and those
are your good points :<)

Yeah, that's exactly what I am, you grudge-holding, pouty baby. Your neurons are spazzing out, Grumpy, it must be time for another cancer stick.

The review from Lisa proves what we have suspected for some time:
Lisa is a dipshit.
Daydreaming is God's way of telling you that stress is getting
to you...

Have you ever felt mild discomfort in your abdomen, and pressure in your colon? Have you ever walked to the bathroom, sat on the toilet, and taken a reeking, corny shit? And then, have you ever realized later, that you posted it on the World Wide Web?

Normal is difficult to define, as it is such a relative term. Best reserved for settings on clothes dryers. Personally i think I am permanent press.

Eveyone daydreams. It's a part of nature. Thinking about what happened and imagining what's going to happen is a sign of being normal. I know I'm stealing it from either someone on this site or maddox, but people today should daydream more often.

I did look into it... but my doctor says that adderall could react adversely with the mescaline. I think I'll just stick to injecting tequila... thanks, though.

Actually, what you do is completely normal. We had a hypnotist come to my school when I was in College who told us about how you're actually going into a state of self induced trance, but theat you're perfectly safe. If ever anything came up, you would snap out of it immediately.

Everyone day dreams but not everyone DAY dreams. what? nevermind. Yeah we all do it we just don't post about it on the internet. Stop imagining you can drive and actually do it.

Good stuff.
I also daydream and I'm 27, it's not an age thing.
Never about having bigger tits, on myself at least.

This post is a bit of a cop-out. I know you can do better.
Everybody drifts off sometimes (dissociates) and most people daydream. It's healthy, it's good, and you're not weird. Sorry if that's a dissapointment. The daydreams would only be a problem if you were unable to function in reality or if you started to believe that things you fantasize about are actually true, in which case you would be suffering from delusions.
