You should have made it luigi jumping, rather than mario, luigi was far better in the original game because he could jump higher.
But nicely done anyway, even if the humour was sub-par

Electro, I really don't mean to be a mean cock because you obviously put effort into these things, so here's a list of things you should work on:
1) Speed - Judge for yourself how fast Mario (or whoever it is in your other animations) moves and replicate that speed. Don't make him crawl like an arthritic ant with a rod up his ass.
2) Humour - This is most critical. No offence or anything, but your humour really doesn't cut it. How about you ask other people for ideas for a funny cartoon and then make them?
Good things about your cartoons:
1) Graphics - Top-notch. Well-created and executed. This is why you should take funny people's funny ideas and make cartoons off of those plots.
2) Effort - Anabolic. Attention to details and completion. Good job.
All in all, though, -2 because the gashing lack of any kind of remotely amusing stimulus in this cartoon overshadowed all its pluses.
