Now im know im gonna get a -2 just for the 1st impression, but before you rate this, note that I do like Nirvana's music. The only thing is it has its flaws.
Reason 1. Kurt was a drugged up suicidal maniac. Ive seen Kurts artwork and he can right music like no ones buisness, but he was a dumbass. people always tell me not to judge people because they do drugs...but drugs make you week.
Reason 2. Alot of Nirvanas fans are creepy. Need i saw more?
Reason 3. This one is a whopper. this one here is where id draw the line. THEY PUT AN END TO HAIR BANDS. Music went from partying and having fun and fighting against the man to...Life sucks. no wonder there are so many strange folks.

In personal oppinion Kurt was just an inconsiderate jackass, for not considering the future of two other people who helped put him where he was. He was just a whiney little bitch looking for attention, and figured that blowing his brains out would make him a rock and roll legend. I just don't understand why anyone would want to listen to that depressing crap Kurt put out. I mean, we were all havin' fun in the 80's with songs like "Here I Go Again On My Own", "Nothin But A Good Time", "Girls, Girls, Girls", "Paradise City", and the list goes on and on and on! Why? Because HAIR METAL RULES!!! Personally, I like to enjoy life to the fullest, I don't like feeling depressed or suicidal. I don't know too many people who like feeling depressed, well, except for Nirvana fans of course. Nirvana fans love looking like homeless bums with greasy disgusting hair. Kurt was angry, depressed, and just plain fucked in the head. What the hell was he so pissed off about? Life was pretty damn good in those days. Kurt Cobain was an evil, sadistic, troubled human being. Kurt was on a mission to kill good times and good music. He certainly tried to kill hair metal, and the cancellation of headbangers ball was largely due to Nirvana and their death music. But you know something, Van Halen reunited and has been selling out arenas all over the country. Kiss and Poison are together on tour and have been performing to sell out crowds all of the country. Sebastian Bach has put out a DVD. Hell, even Warrant is on tour this summer! SWEET CHERRY PIE, OH YA! From where I'm sitting, metal is on the rise, and the music that made us all want to bang our heads is on a mission to take back music!

I don't really care that they put an end to "Hair Metal". What I mean by Hair Metal is the shit like Knight Ranger, White Snake, and Winger. I am dissapointed that they lessened the impact of other metal like Iron Maiden.

hmm...Nirvana. Kurt was awesome. Who gives a fuck what he did with his personal life. Drugs don't make a God damn difference to me. Besides a lot of the greatest musicians were fucked up a lot. you're an asshole. if i couldve, i would given this a -10. nirvana was amazing and kurt cobain was one of the best guitarists of all time. i agree that dave grohl was talented, but cobain was a genius. you cant really be surprised at him for committing suicide. he was already unstable at best, before he was ever thrust into the media spotlight. combine that with the fact that he grew up in a broken home, under bridges, and sleeping on a long list of couches, and that he turned to drugs to numb the pain he had to face. in the unplugged concert nirvana did 5 months before his death, he asked for lots of candles and flowers on the stage. "like a funeral," he commented. every one of the songs he sang that day but one talked about death, and many were tributes to the artists that inspired him through the years. had anyone bothered to read into it, there were many clues handed out as to what was going to happen.
