I remember the first time I saw them. She didn't have much going for her in the looks department, kinda fat & frumpy, but at least she had tits. Great big funbags with thick nipples, lots of fun for everyone. I had not seen her for some time, but when I did something was different; her ass looked fatter.
In speaking with her I learned that she had a breast reduction procedure. Basically they cut a big line up the bottom of her tits, up all the way around her nipples. Then they cut away a bunch & sew the nipples back on & put them all back together. She even lifted her top to show me.
Oh my God.
I was stunned. It looked like a chainsaw massacre up in there. Sure the scars were only a few months old, but there was no way those would ever fade away. And her boobs were now shaped funny too, and didn't feel like "real" tits. Masculine instinct couldn't help but alert me to the fact that something was definitely amiss.
She could tell I was taken aback. She stated that although they weren't pretty at the moment, she was thrilled that the nagging pain in her back from years of carrying heavy breasts was now gone. That was, in fact, the entire reason for this surgery. Again, I was speechless. And like I said, ow that her tits were smaller, her ass looked bigger.
Over the years, I have seen even more hatchet jobs, and each time I think of what could have been. Why do these women do this to themselves? Because of back pain? Gimme a break! There's gotta be a better solution!

Instead of BREAST surgery, to fix a sore back, why don't you get BACK surgery instead? Like a muscle transplant? Leave your boobs alone, your BACK is the problem here. the boobs are innocent! Shit, I'm sure the men will help you out; we can hold Back Muscle Donor clinics in communities everywhere, men will line up to donate a muscle for transplant purposes, just to save the boobs. Some of those pics are disturbing, but I have seen some breast reductions that make the boobs look ten times better. It is the same as any cosmetic surgery, you have to be aware of the risks, and for Gods sake don't go discount shopping.

I have had huge "knockers" ever since I was a teenager. My aunt was 150 lbs and had a F cup. I was not far behind that. Back hurt, finding clothes that fit was hard. My spine was arching due to the weight. I went through three doctors until I found one that didn't make a crack about what my "husband or boyfriend" would think and that most women would love breasts that big. I don't give a rats ass what any man thinks about the size of your "tits", because 24 7, we are the he ones that have to carry them around. They can cause debilitating back problems for many women. There is a condition that causes breasts to keep growing after a women breastfeeds and this can cause many health problems. Try walking around with sandbags hanging around your neck.
