I'm tired of seeing the twisted wreckage of inexperienced drivers. They are too often just a bunch of drunken assholes that all get drunk after whatever dance or game and end up removing themselves from the gene pool, much to my sadness. Unfortunately, far too often they take the lives of an innocent driver and their kid.
To be a good driver requires two elements, responsibility and judgment; and experience. A good driver needs both of these. I am perfectly willing to slow down and let a father teach their son how to drive, so long as it is not too busy of an intersection with too inexperienced of a driver. But I cannot stand it when parents by their c-student a brand new mustang for him to decal the windshield, get drunk, and kill a few infants and their mother.
People are always going on and on about how we need to raise the driving age and how irresponsible inexperienced these young drivers are and that we need to push back the driving age. Well, the issue is unstable because there are many drivers that are smart and responsible at an early age. This age group continues until about the age of thirty, by which time, most dumbasses are dead or in prison, and if lucky, managed to see what shitheads they were being.
I propose we do two things to combat lack of responsibility or experience. First, we create a new crime. I call it "Attempted Manslaughter". Though it may contradict the meaning of manslaughter, if defined correctly it will keep a lot of shitheads from the street. Attempted manslaughter applies when you are doing something so shitheadessly stupid that only god prevented somebody from dieing. Fines and penalties are too lax. We need to set 10-20 years for attempted manslaughter, or if they have it my way, 100 lashed and salt water. Some people just don't have complex enough brains to respond to anything except the prospect of pain, like dogs think.
Then I propose a much more difficult test. The test should have somewhere around a 75% failing rate for first time takers. This would really weed out those not ready yet. The tests these days are so easy it's a joke. I often ask how these people manage to get a license. I guess they managed to "Put their Crayons Back in the Tub after Completion of Written Examination" at the DMV and kept their car from flipping less than three times in the driving test. I finish with a bit of advice to a popular cartoon character.

I fully comprehend the English language and the intricacies of grammar thank you very much, but I'm intrigued to know how you equate 'responsibility' and 'judgement' as being one concept. Why don't you take some time to re-read what you have written and then you too might comprehend that the lack of fluidity within your piece immediately ranks it as a poor piece of writing despite the quasi-importance of its subject. Please don't make yourself look like even more of an idiot by arguing a point you are clearly unable to support.

jackass notice the ";" that means it is a single idea that requires an "and" to group them together which merits a semi-colon to separate it. Know the english language before you speak bitch.

I agree with the sentiment. There are WAY too many stupid people behind the wheel. Most of them are very inexperienced. They think that the faster you get somewhere the better and still get all pissed if you're doing 5-10 over in front of them. Most people will at some time drive while intoxicated, it's a fact of life. I make light of it on here often, but it is a serious issue. Many people leave the bar with far too much to drink and on top it think they aren't that drunk and/or they are competent to drive. I only make light of it because I have my limits and I'm always aware of when the keys should be handed over and when I'm cool to get where I want.
So many drivers these days don't even have an understanding of the laws, road signs and markers that they are just driving around ignorant of what is supposed to happen and what's not. 10 years in prison is a bit too much, and I don't know if jail time is much of a lesson anyway.

Perhaps there should be a license handed out to people attempting to write coherently, that way we wouldn't end up with this sort of crap. Also: "responsibility and judgment; and experience" equates to three 'elements' in my book. Sorry my friend but this is a mess.
