I came home this past Friday to a message left on the bulletin saying: THE YMCA WILL BE CLOSED SAT THRU MONDAY.
It kinda pissed me off because today was my half day where I usually go to work out in the afternoon. Can you guess why the YMCA was closed???
PRESIDENT BUSH ..........yes that is correct.
The bastard had to give a talk from the YMCA where I pay $44 every month to work out.
Now its really personal.
So I joined the protesters this afternoon.

I watched his press appearance to express sympathy for the Madrid bombing. You could seriously see the wheels and gears turning behind his eyes. And guess what? They were barely meshing.

Just go up there in your normal work out clothes, hold up a protest sign, and run around the YMCA building about 4 times for a good warm up. Then do about 30 push ups, jog in place for 5 minutes, and then do agility races on the parking lot lines (ya know, where you go back and forth, but to a longer distance each time you go back). This way you're getting your work out AND protesting that son of a bitch.
