I have been ripped off on ebay in the amount of $44. This seller has ripped of 39 other people for the same amount or more. I am at a disadvantage because I am stationed in Germany. Who will help? I want my money or sweet, sweet revenge. Give me all your ideas or help please.

A) Report him to Ebay. They have an option to report shit like that.
B) What'd he rip you off for?
C) How do you know about the other people he's fucked over? If all else fails, get them together, find him, kill him, and take all his stuff.
