A couple of months ago someone asked the question how many hours every week do spend on Ubersite. I said 5, about half an hour a day going through the 'Best Today' list and sometimes the most heated.
But since UberMadness has started I've turned into an UberAddict.
I did not enter it because I am a crap writer (also why I've only wrote 6 posts and 3 of those were 'look what I found in the interweb thing, I must share this' entries) but despite this is has become the most time consuming thing I do on the net over the past two weeks. Today I have spent nearly 2 hours reading and analysing just 11 posts, and I haven't even got to routine reads yet. I'm just hooked.
I have a problem.
Not the problem that Ubersite is taking up hours at a time but that UberMadness is pulling me away from the rest of my life. University assignments that need to be in, exams, anything which is even slightly boring muscled out.
AND IT'S GOING TO GET WORST!!!!
As the crap get filtered and the cream rises to the top the post are (hopefully) going to get more compelling, harder to separate and simply better. Who know what else this is going to pull me away from. And this right in the middle of my exams (and revision).
Damn you Ubersite! But I'll still keep coming back like a moth to the flame, I'm hoping I don't get burnt.

One of these bad boys comes up every few months or so... admitting you have a problem is only the first step to making it worse.
